WELCOME TO OAKVILLE SPEED SKATING CLUB

HOME OF THE “OAKVILLE SPEEDSTERS”

We are located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.  Our Practice Sessions are at the River Oaks Recreation Centre and Sixteen Mile Creek Sports Complex.  Our Season is from mid September to the end of March.  Our skating days are Sunday afternoon, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings.   Our Home Rink is a modern Olympic Size Facility with extensive seating/spectator amendities.

The Club offers individuals from 5 to 75 who “feel the need for speed” Several diverse & affordable programs.

Summer Dryland Training

Coaches Sharon, Emma and Matt offer free Summer Dryland Training for our members to stay in shape over the summer. All Club Members are welcome to participate – parents included.

Hills Training with Coach Sharon – Every Thursday evenings until the end of August. – Lions Valley Park from 7-8pm – beginning Thursday, May 9th, 2019

Dryland Training with Coaches Emma and Matt – Every Wednesday evenings until the end of August – Holton Heights Park from 7-8 pm – beginning June 5th, 2019
